【Job Responsibilities】

1. Lead the local team to coordinate recruitment projects (including social recruitment and campus recruitment) based on the company's business development needs, and be responsible for the entire recruitment process management and recruitment data analysis;

2. Establish and continuously optimize the recruitment management system, procedures, processes, and standards of the Brazilian base to ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulations and company management requirements;

3. Expand and maintain local recruitment channels and external partnerships in Brazil, and be responsible for the management of business-related suppliers such as recruitment websites and medical examination institutions;

4. Be responsible for identifying the digitalization needs of human resource processes such as recruitment and hiring, and promote the informatization of HR processes;

5. Coordinate the collaboration of various human resource modules, coordinate and handle labor risks and compliance issues related to recruitment and employee management, and promote the implementation of cross-departmental projects;

6. Coordinate cross-national and cross-departmental human resource projects between the China headquarters and the local Brazilian team, and support the localization of headquarters policies in Brazil;

7. Be responsible for bilingual (Chinese and Portuguese) communication and translation work within the department, including the translation of policies, meetings, and business documents, and support cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

【Job Requirements】

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to candidates majoring in Human Resource Management, Portuguese, or related fields;

2. Language: Proficient in English, Portuguese/Spanish as a working language;

3. Skills: Familiar with Brazilian labor law and related recruitment laws and regulations, possessing risk identification, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills.
